DELIVERY
Items in stock will be sent within 24 hours by Special Next Day delivery, unless stated in the description.
Some pieces are handmade to order and can take up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase to the product being dispatched. Please take this into account when ordering.
If you are unsure, please Contact me using the form and I will clarify.
If you need a piece by a specific date please inform us in the comments box when you checkout, or via email prior to purchase. We will do our best to meet your deadline! If it is really urgent please call 07840 455158.
All items are shipped from the UK. An email will be sent to confirm the product has been posted. Please note all orders require a signature upon delivery and are sent Special Next Day Delivery (except Wave Earrings) due to insurance of the item.
UK Delivery is free.
Packages within the UK will be sent Royal mail Special Delivery, packages usually take 1-2 working days to arrive.
International delivery £10
International packages will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked and signed for service.
Packages sent within Europe usually take 5-7 working days to arrive, packages sent to non-European countries usually take 10-15 working days to arrive.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times. Postage within the UK can take up to a maximum of 15 working days. International delivery dates depend on your country's postal service. Please be aware international orders may be subject to your countries custom charges. Any such charges are not the responsibility of Beebee Jewellery.
More Delivery options
If it is inconvenient to have to sign for your parcel, we can send your order by non-recorded post if you prefer. Just request this in the comments box when you check out (postage cost is the same). We can't be held responsible for missing parcels.
Returning An Item
At Beebee Jewellery we pride ourselves on our good customer service, and this includes our returns, refunds and repairs policies. We offer to replace, repair or refund any jewellery, bought directly from us that you are not completely satisfied with, provided the item has not been a bespoke commission. Please contact us if your item is damaged, faulty or unacceptable in any way within 7 days of receiving the goods from us. If we do not hear from you in this time, we will assume you are happy with your purchase.
If a fault occurs within 6 months of delivery to you, we will repair the item free of charge providing there is a fault with the item and damage has not been inflicted deliberately.
After 6 months you may claim for a repair or replacement provided you can prove the fault was present at the delivery point.
No refund will be given without the item being received by Beebee Jewellery. It must be sent by Insured Tracked delivery with the tracking number provided and in the original packaging.
Please return any items back to us in the original packaging including the box supplied with your purchase to the following address:

Returns do not apply to personalised jewellery or custom designed jewellery. You will be kept up to date with photographs of your bespoke jewellery and any concerns you have about your piece can be communicated then. Failure to reply to communications and payment of balance will be deemed as satisfaction with the photographs sent.
You are responsible for returning the item back to us and for the return postage. We do no accept responsibility for the item until it is received by us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and insist that you return by Special Next Day Delivery for insurance purposes (UK) or equivalent International postage.
Returns Timescale
From receipt of your parcel we aim to process your returns as quickly as possible and usually within 48 hours. At busy periods of the year please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.
We do not credit back the return postage costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or in the unusual event of a Beebee Jewellery error.
Exchanging An Item
If you would like to exchange your original item for a different one please be sure to tell us what you would like. If the new item is more expensive we will contact you to pay the difference.
Items that have been purchased using a gift voucher may only be exchanged for another item, or for another gift voucher - no monetary refunds will be given.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately there are some items which we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on.
- Any item which is not in original, saleable condition.
- Any item which has been made especially to your exact requirements. When ordering a bespoke item or special commission the piece will be marked as 'Special Order'. Such items are very difficult to resell so as such we are unable to offer refund or exchange for them.
