Your gift certificate has been printed professionally on quality card and comes with a blank envelope to address as you wish. It will arrive in a standard Jiffy bag, so you can spirit it away before she sees what it might be!
Should you be on the last minute (aren't we all these days) please look for my digital listing of my gift certificate and you can miss all the postal strikes and get your gift immediately to your own computer and printer. Ideal for Christmas Eve!
All records are kept for your unique reference code, so it will be easy for me to match the gift voucher to your purchase when it is redeemed. Please note that these vouchers are valid for 6 MONTHS from the date of purchase. Items are handmade to order, so please allow normal dispatch times when ordering.
Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and any balance remaining will be supplied with a voucher or vouchers to the closest value. Please note the currennt prices of my listings, as a £10 gift voucher will only be used as money towards a full price purchase. I.e. a £10 voucher would be £10 off a £50 with a £40 balance left to pay.

Shipping
Items in stock will be sent to you in 1 to 2 working days. All items will be sent either Special Next Day Delivery, or International Tracked and signed. This is to ensure your jewellery is fully insured.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you legally have 14 days to inform us. The item must be sent back with all packaging. Unless the item is faulty, you will need to pay the return postage via Special Delivery.
